What is the return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days from date of arrival. Shipping for any returns/exchanges due to defects will be covered by Atlas & Aether. All other returns will have a $5 fee deducted to cover the shipping costs that were included in the original price, and the customer will be required to pay the cost of return shipping. As a small business, this is currently the best we can do to cover our losses. We thank you for your understanding and consideration! We accept exchanges of ready to ship items due to incorrect fit, but the customer will be required to pay shipping costs both ways (approximately $10 total within the continental US; USPS first class). Returns of items made to fit your measurements will have to be addressed on a case by case basis. Please double check your measurements before placing a custom order.

What is the processing time/shipping time?

Ready to ship items will take 1-3 business days to ship out. All packages are sent USPS first class with tracking. 

Current processing time for made to order: 2 weeks (contact will be made regarding longer processing times).

What is electroforming?

Electroforming is a process that uses electricity and an acidic solution to "grow" metal on a surface. It is real copper and with the right care, has the potential to last you for many, many years. For more information, check out this blog post for customers.

Can I request a custom design/customized options?

I am happy to build you the piece of your dreams, however with some stipulations:

  • I will not accept personal items for use in the jewelry. That includes gemstones, trinkets, bones, etc. 
  • I will not copy another artist's designs.
  • A non-refundable down payment of 50% is required to cover materials. Photos will be sent for confirmation, and then the other 50% will be due before shipping.

Some things that I am happy to do:

  • Customize a design with a gemstone of your choosing (again, I will not accept personal gemstones- electroforming can be unpredictable).
  • Customize a design to your size .
